Camino partnered with SourceFlow to deliver two recruitment websites: Camino Search and Camino Partners, both launched on the same date. 

 

We spoke with Camino Search’s Director of Marketing, Rob Andrews, to understand why they made the move, how the delivery experience compared to previous providers, and how the website supports their commercial marketing activity today.

 

 

 

Tell us a bit about your company

 

“We are a globally focused boutique executive search partner, working with private equity investors and their portfolio companies as a strategic human capital partner. We support C-level hires across the SaaS and technology-enabled services ecosystem.”

 

 

Why did you choose to partner with SourceFlow?

 

“We had previously used another provider and weren’t receiving the customer support we needed, particularly around website editing versatility. The team at SourceFlow are always extremely helpful and respond with agility when we need to modify or improve the site.

How did you find the delivery of your recruitment website?

 

SourceFlow partnered with our branding team and have remained available to help with modifications since launch. Helen and Craig were very communicative throughout the process and have stayed in touch since the site was delivered.

 

“Jasmine was also great during the training sessions. She showed us how to manage the CMS system, which has been really helpful and has enabled us to self-serve when adding new pages or content.”

 

 

How is your website performing one year on? Has it improved sales or marketing?

 

“The website acts as a crucial landing area for revenue-focused campaigns. Our Global Report has become a cornerstone of our marketing strategy, and being able to host it on the SourceFlow site has enabled us to track contacts and traffic. That visibility has led to revenue opportunities and new accounts.”

 

 

How have you found the ongoing support?

 

“The development team, particularly Hafiz, have been very helpful. Callum and Helen in the Customer Success team are extremely supportive. Tickets are responded to with agility and requests are always followed through. It’s been great working with the team.”

 

 

How have you found the team to work with?

 

“What I particularly like is the value SourceFlow adds to the recruitment marketing ecosystem. Matt, Darren and the wider team genuinely care about creating a community for marketers.
